Items shipped from https://yukselenmarble.com, including the Yukselen Marble Warehouse, can be returned in most cases within 30 days of the shipment date. Some products have different policies or requirements.

Incorrect Returns

Ensure you send the correct and complete product when making a return. The correct item must be returned to receive a refund.

Yukselen Marble does not store items sent to us by mistake and will donate or recycle them where appropriate and possible. If you accidentally sent the wrong item to Yukselen Marble, please contact Customer Service as soon as possible. Yukselen Marble cannot guarantee your item will be found and returned and offers no compensation for incorrect items sent to us.

Yukselen Marble Global Store Return Policy

It may take up to 25 days for a returned item to reach us. Once the item arrives at our logistics center, it takes 2 business days to process the refund and 3-5 business days for the refund amount to appear in your account.

For most Yukselen Marble Global Store returns, you will be provided with a prepaid UPS return label, allowing you to return the item(s) to any UPS drop-off point in the US. You can find the nearest UPS drop-off point here:

If a product is not eligible for prepaid return, you must return it at your own expense. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Yukselen Marble will automatically refund return postage up to $20 upon receipt. If costs exceed this, contact our Customer Service Center to request the remainder. For defective or damaged items, full postage and Import Fee Deposits will be refunded.

Seller Return Policy

When you order from a third-party seller that fulfills and ships its own stock, your return is sent to the seller instead of https://www.google.com/search?q=YukselenMarble.com. While most sellers offer a policy equivalent to Yukselen Marble, some may vary. Review the "Returns and Refunds Policy" on the seller's profile page before purchasing.

Third-party sellers must provide a return address within the US, a prepaid return label, or offer a full refund without requesting a return. If these are not provided, you may file an A-to-z Guarantee claim.

  • Items over $100: Insure the shipment for the value of the item and use a signature-required service.

  • Items over $35: Must be returned with a trackable shipping service.

  • Items under $35: We recommend USPS delivery confirmation.

Product-Specific Policies

2D & 3D Art, Clothing, and Accessories

  • Items must be returned within 30 days.

  • 2D 3D Clothing Art products returned without original documentation or in used condition will be rejected.

  • The Drop Collections: Returnable, but since items are custom-made for you, the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Yukselen Marble Renewed

  • Items are backed by the Yukselen Marble Renewed Guarantee.

  • Returnable within 90 days (or 1 year for Renewed Premium) for a replacement or refund if you are not satisfied.

Computers and Electronics

  • New desktops, laptops, or tablets (excluding Kindle/Fire) that are dead on arrival, damaged, or unopened can be returned within 30 days for a full refund.

  • Yukselen Marble may test "dead on arrival" returns and impose a 15% fee if the condition is misrepresented.

  • Important: Permanently delete all personal data before returning electronics.

Custom Products

  • Includes items with engraving, stamping, monogramming, embroidery, or printing.

  • These are not returnable unless they arrive damaged/defective or differ significantly from the order due to a seller error.

Digital Products

  • Games, software downloads, and items from the Yukselen Marble Appstore, Digital Music, or Video stores are generally non-returnable.

  • Kindle Books: Can be returned within seven days of purchase via the "Manage Your Content and Devices" page.

Furniture and Large Appliances

  • Furniture: Returnable for any reason within 30 days.

  • Large Appliances: Inspect upon delivery. If damaged or incorrect, do not accept the delivery. If discovered later, Yukselen Marble will assist with a free return or exchange within 30 days.

Mattresses

  • You can request a return or refund within 100 days of shipment.

  • Unopened mattresses in original packaging are accepted. Unboxed or expanded mattresses are eligible for a refund but generally cannot be returned.

Specialized Gift Lists

  • Baby Registry: Returns accepted within 90 days (365 days for gifts).

  • Birthday/Custom Gift List: Gifts are returnable within 90 days.

  • Wedding Registry: Gifts returnable within 180 days.
