End User License Agreement

Before beginning the installation and/or use of this software, images, and icons, please carefully read the following terms and conditions of this license agreement and limited warranty.

By installing or using these resources, you signify your acceptance of this agreement. If you do not agree to or comply with these terms, you may not install or use these resources and must return all originals and copies to Yukselen Marble.

Ownership and Rights

Yukselen Marble reserves the right to be the sole creator and distributor of the image library. You may never distribute derivative works based on the image library.

You are permitted to create derivative images based on this library solely for use within your own company and/or products. The images in this library may only be used as:

  • Compiled resources within an application

  • Part of a web application

  • Part of your company website

  • Part of your software documentation

  • Part of your company product packaging, splash screens, etc.

License Grant

This product, including software, documentation, and/or supplemental materials ("Resources"), is owned by Yukselen Marble. This Agreement does not grant you ownership or title to the Product, but only a limited right of use as specified in this license agreement. Yukselen Marble grants you a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the Software as follows:

  • Integrate the image library into your applications, subject to the redistribution conditions below.

  • Modify or adapt the image library, in whole or in part, solely for the development of your own Applications, and not for resale or any other purpose.

Redistribution Rights

You are granted a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to reproduce and redistribute executable and/or web application files created using the web pages and Software ("Executable Code") in conjunction with the software products you develop and/or market ("Applications").

Restrictions

You MAY NOT:

  • Distribute this library or any individual image within the library.

  • Distribute modified versions of the image library, in whole or in part.

  • Rent or lease the Software.

  • Sell any part of the Software as a stand-alone product without integrating it into your application.

  • Claim that you created any part of this library.

Selection and Use

You are solely responsible for the selection of the Software to achieve your intended results, as well as for the installation, use, and results obtained from the Software.

Limited Warranty

This software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the product is with you. Should the product prove defective, you assume the cost of all necessary servicing or error correction. Yukselen Marble does not warrant that the functions contained in the software will meet your requirements or that the operation of the software will be uninterrupted or error-free.

No oral or written information provided by our authors shall create a warranty.

Limitation of Remedies and Liability

In no event shall Yukselen Marble, or any other party who may have distributed the software as permitted above, be liable to you for damages, including any general, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the software (including but not limited to loss of data, data being rendered inaccurate, losses sustained by you or third parties, or a failure of the software to operate with any other products), even if such holder or other party has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
