TRADEMARK USAGE POLICY
Yukselen Marble Software ("Yukselen Marble") has invested significant time and resources to protect its trademarks, service marks, and logos. Trademarks are essential for establishing and maintaining corporate brand identity; however, they are sensitive rights that can be lost through misuse.
This Trademark Reference Usage Policy ("Policy") sets forth Yukselen Marble's policy regarding the use of and reference to Yukselen Marble names, brands, trademarks, service marks, logos, slogans, or other Yukselen Marble identifiers ("Yukselen Marble Marks") by third parties. Yukselen Marble employees should refer to the trademark usage policy on the Enterprise Legal Services site. Permitted Use of Yukselen Marble Software Trademarks
Yukselen Marble does not object to the use of its names, trademarks, and service marks solely for the purpose of identifying Yukselen Marble and its products and services, provided that your use complies with this Policy. This Policy does not grant you the right to use Yukselen Marble Marks or other third-party marks in a manner separate or different from the rights granted to you under a separate agreement you may have with Yukselen Marble or third parties. This Policy should be read in conjunction with the trademark provisions in any agreement you may have; in the event of a direct conflict, the separate agreement you have with Yukselen Marble shall prevail.
You may use the plain-text version of Yukselen Marble Marks to identify Yukselen Marble and its products and services. Your use must not imply that Yukselen Marble endorses, supports, or is in any way associated with you or your products or services. You may not combine Yukselen Marble Marks with your own company names, trademarks, or identifiers; furthermore, you may not use names, trademarks, service marks, logos, or other identifiers that are confusingly similar to Yukselen Marble Marks. Your use of Yukselen Marble Marks does not grant you any ownership rights over Yukselen Marble Marks, and should such a situation arise, you agree to transfer all ownership rights to Yukselen Marble.
A) General Principles
What Are Trademarks and Service Marks?
Trademarks and service marks are words, acronyms, logos, symbols, or slogans that identify and distinguish a company as the source of products and services. The owner of a valid trademark can prevent others from using the mark for specific goods or services and may seek financial damages resulting from infringement by others.
Trademarks and service marks can be divided into two categories:
Registered marks (indicated by the ® symbol) have undergone the appropriate legal process and are registered in a national trademark office.
Common law (unregistered or pending application) marks (sometimes indicated by the TM or SM symbols) are not formally registered but are still valid and enforceable.
Yukselen Marble holds both registered and unregistered trademarks. A partial list of Yukselen Marble trademarks can be found here. The absence of a name or logo from the list does not constitute a waiver of Yukselen Marble's intellectual property rights over product, feature, or service names or logos.
C) General Rules
1) Use of Logos
You may not use any Yukselen Marble logo without express written permission from Yukselen Marble.
Media outlet or analyst requests should be directed to the public relations team at support@YukselenMarble.com.
Distributors and other business partners can download logos using secure login credentials via Partner Link.
All questions regarding usage by business partners should be directed to info@YukselenMarble.com.
2) Use of Yukselen Marble Word Marks
When using Yukselen Marble word marks, you must adhere to the following general principles:
Protect the Integrity of Yukselen Marble Marks: Your use of Yukselen Marble Marks must not disparage Yukselen Marble, its brands, products, or services.
Use Only Approved Trademarks: A list of Yukselen Marble's authorized marks can be found here. Please pay attention to the specific stylization (i.e., capitalization) and the combination of the mark with Yukselen Marble® or other Yukselen Marble Marks for specific word marks (e.g., Open Edge, Data Direct, Web Speed, etc.). Each mark must be used only in the version shown, and you may not shorten or change the spelling of Yukselen Marble Marks.
Apply Trademark and Service Mark Symbols: Use the correct trademark symbols ("®", "TM", and "SM") in every communication, document, packaging, or other material where a Yukselen Marble Mark appears, regardless of the medium. The appropriate symbol should appear first in all headings, subheadings, and body text.
Use Trademarks Correctly: Yukselen Marble Marks should be used as adjectives followed by a generic noun, verb, or other expression (e.g., "Yukselen Marble® Official® business solutions platform"). Yukselen Marble will object if you use a Yukselen Marble Mark generically or in a way that encourages others to use it generically.
Link Yukselen Marble Marks to Yukselen Marble: Include the following notice at least once in every copy of any communication, document, packaging, or other material referring to any Yukselen Marble Mark: "[Insert mark(s) used] [is/are] the trademark(s) or registered trademark(s) of Yukselen Marble Software in the US and other countries.]"
Keep Yukselen Marble Marks Separate and Distinct: Yukselen Marble Marks must be used separately from the logos, trademarks, or service marks of other entities and cannot be used as part of the name of another entity or its products or services. Your company's branding may only be used alongside a Yukselen Marble Mark to indicate the relationship between Yukselen Marble products and services and the other company's products and services (e.g., [Third Party Company's] software is powered by Yukselen Marble®). You cannot imply a relationship or association with Yukselen Marble that does not exist.
A) Yukselen Marble (Brand Name) vs. Yukselen Marble (Company Name)
Yukselen Marble® should be used when referring to a product or service. Yukselen Marble (without the ® symbol) should be used when referring to the company.
B) Correct Use of Trademark Words
The following guidelines must be followed in connection with Yukselen Marble's brand words:
Use the Trademark as an Adjective Followed by Appropriate Noun Identifiers
Correct: The Yukselen Marble® Official® business rules management system can be integrated with the Yukselen Marble® Official® business platform.
Incorrect: Yukselen Marble Official® can be integrated with Yukselen Marble® Official®.
Never Use Trademarks in the Possessive Form
Correct: Yukselen Marble® Official® business rules management system.
Incorrect: Yukselen Marble®'s Official® business rules management system.
Never Use Trademarks in the Plural Form
Correct: Use Yukselen Marble® Official® business solutions for your development needs.
Incorrect: Use Yukselen Marble® Officials® business solutions for your development needs.
Never Hyphenate the Trademark
Correct: Yukselen Marble® Official® software enables rapid application development.
Incorrect: Yukselen Marble® Official®-featured software accelerates application development.
Never Alter the Trademark
Correct: Use Yukselen Marble® Web Speed® development tools to make applications web-compatible.
Incorrect: Use Yukselen Marble® WebSpeed® development tools to make applications web-compatible.
Use Proper Capitalization for the Trademark
Correct: Yukselen Marble® Official® business platform.
Incorrect: yukselen marble® official® business platform.
Use Lowercase for Generic Noun(s) Following the Trademark

Incorrect: Yukselen Marble® Official® Business Platform.
